About Us

DCMS came together through a combined passion for social justice and human rights; wanting to help people live a better life; and believing that each and every person deserves respect, honesty and has the right to be treated equal.

We are team of professionals with over 40 years of industry experience in service, support, management and allied health. Our Support Coordinators deliver to the following areas: Lockyer Valley, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Logan, North and South Brisbane, as well as the Sunshine Coast.

Upon referral, one of our coordinators will contact you to discuss your goals, budget and services required. Our Support Coordinator will work in collaboration with you to choose the right provider and services. We will support you to utilize your NDIS plan effectively and efficiently under the guidelines of the NDIA.
